Abstract
The aim of this researcher is to understand the development process of papper sheet based on problem solving and understand the form of teaching materials based on Mind Mapping Junior High School Students on the subject of Function of Limit. Developing of this teaching materials is modify the model Plomp development which consist of: (1) initial investigation phase, (2) the production phase (design and realization), and (3) test, evaluation, and revision phase. Testing conducted by researcher is the validity test by one lecturer and two math teachers, other testing is the practicality and effectiveness testing by six students as test subjects with established criteria. Based on the analysis of the development obtained the result : (1) validity score 3,79 with a valid criterion validity, (2) practically score 3,88 with high level of practicality, and (3) the effectiveness score 86. Overall it can be conclude that the teaching materials developed is valid, practical, and effective. However, as perfectly teaching materials creating, researcher still make any revisions based on suggestions and notes provided by lecturer, teachers, and students.
