KONSISTENSI PENERAPAN RENCANA PELAKSANAAN PEMBELAJARAN PADA MATA PELAJARAN BIOLOGI

Abstract

Teachers are the most instrumental in achieving learning objectives in accordance with the target curriculum, because the success of learning depends on how the teacher prepares the learning that can generate student motivation in teaching and learning in the classroom. It is also important that teachers are expected to implement the learning steps that have been planned in the Lesson Plans (RPP) so that the learning process can achieve the learning objectives in accordance with the desired. Implementation of learning should be designed with interesting, then the next learning must be adjusted to the model that has been planned in the Lesson Plans (RPP). If teachers are consistent in implementing the implementation plan of learning, then the motivation and student learning outcomes will increase, so students will be more achievers. The purpose of this research is to know the consistency of biology teacher in applying RPP. The target of this research is the biology teacher at MTs. and MA in Suka Makmur Village, Gerung Sub-District, lesson year 2012/2013. This research is a survey research, data analysis using qualitative descriptive analysis. As an indicator of the success of this study is to see the percentage of appropriateness of applying RPP implemented by biology teachers at the time of the learning took place. This study shows that the percentage of implementation of the learning implementation plan reaches an average of 75% which is categorized as very good, the validity value reaches 3.0 average which is categorized feasible to be used and its reliability value reaches 56% which is categorized not reliable yet. For the percentage of results of the implementation of teacher activity reached a good percentage point average of 70% is categorized. Thus, the conformity of how to teach teachers with what has been planned in RPP is needed, so that teachers can be said to be consistent.
