Abstract
The lymphocyte platelet ratio (RTL) is an inflammatory marker that can be used to identify the severity of coronary heart disease (CHD). This study aims to determine the relationship between the ratio of lymphocyte platelets to Gensini scores in CHD patients. This research uses correlative analytic research with a cross-sectional design. The sample in this study was selected by consecutive sampling technique. Fifty-one people were obtained as research subjects. Calculation of lymphocyte platelet ratio, i.e., by dividing the number of platelets and lymphocytes in the volume unit 103/mm3 and Gensini score assessment, namely by multiplying the percentage of blockage and location of blockage based on the results of coronary angiography. Based on the Gensini score, the sample in this study was classified as mild atherosclerosis if the Gensini score was 0.05). So it can be concluded that there is no significant relationship between the ratio of lymphocyte platelets to Gensini scores in CHD patients.
