Abstract
This research aims to examine and analyze the effect of knowledge sharing on competence and librarian performance. This research uses a quantitative approach. The research was conducted at department of library and archives in Nusa Tenggara Barat Province. The sampling technique was carried out by census methode of 60 respondents. Instrument research is questionnaire and data were analyzed using PLS SEM with software Smart PLS 3.0. The results showed that knowledge sharing had a negative and not significant effect on librarian performance but mediated by competence. knowledge sharing had a positive and significant effect on competence. competence had a positive and significant effect on librarian performance.
