Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Electronic Attendance (fingerprint scanner), Work Motivation, and Employee Commitment to Employee Work Discipline at the Manpower and Transmigration Office of West Lombok Regency. This type of research is associative research. The data collection method used the census method. The population in this study were Civil Servants at the Manpower and Transmigration Office of West Lombok Regency. The data was obtained by distributing questionnaires. The data analysis used was multiple linear regression analysis, classical assumption test, normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, t-test, F test, and coefficient of determination test. The results showed (1) There was a positive and significant effect of electronic attendance (fingerprint scanner) on work discipline, (2) There was a positive and significant influence of work motivation on work discipline, (3) There was a positive and significant effect of employee commitment on work discipline.
