Evaluation of Undergraduate Qualification Improvement Program Through Dual Mode System in West Nusa Tenggara, Indonesia

Abstract

This investigation is testing the effectiveness of Dual Mode system (DMS) on improving the program of undergraduate qualification in West Nusa Tenggara, Indonesia, for the teachers of Islamic elementary school (MI) and the teachers of Islamic Education (PAI) at Mataram State Islamic University (UIN Mataram). A particular target of seeing some of the components. The research included the analysis of documents, interviews with lecturers/teachers and students at UIN Mataram, program organizer of DMS, and the communities. Evaluation of the program found that; The components of the input that have been running well (91.61%), achievement of product aspects (100%), and the outcome showed successful in creating a ' different ' value to the alumni. Based on the analysis, the study recommends there needs to be an increase in the quantity and quality aspects.
