Abstract

This study raises the title of the procedure for making and revoking a will (testament) using the Directorate General of AHU application at the office of Nining Herlina, S.H., M.Kn.Gerung, West Lombok. The aim is to find out the procedure for making and revoking a will using the Ditjen AHU application at the Nining Herlina, S.H., M.Kn.Gerung West Lombok office. The results of the study provide an overview of the procedure for making and revoking a will using the Directorate General of AHU application at the office of Nining Herlina, S.H., m.Kn Gerung, West Lombok. The qualitative approach method is the method used in this study which can provide an overview of the procedures for making and revoking a will (testament) using the Directorate General of AHU application at the office of Nining Herlina, S.H., M.Kn.Gerung, West Lombok. The research results obtained that the procedure for making and revoking a will uses the Directorate General of AHU application at the office of Nining Herlina, S.H., M.Kn.Gerung, West Lombok. Abstrak Penelitian ini mengangkat judul prosedur pembuatan dan pencabutan surat wasiat (testament) menggunakan aplikasi Ditjen AHU pada kantor Nining Herlina, S.H., M.Kn.Gerung Lombok Barat. Tujuannya adalah untuk mengetahui prosedur pembuatan dan pencabutan surat wasiat menggunakan aplikasi Ditjen AHU pada kantor Nining Herlina, S.H., M.Kn.Gerung Lombok Barat. Hasil penelitian memberikan gambaran mengenai prosedur pembuatan dan pencabutan surat wasiat menggunakan aplikasi Ditjen AHU pada kantor Nining Herlina, S.H., m.Kn Gerung Lombok barat. Metode pendekatan kualitatif merupakan metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini dimana dapat memberikan gambaran tentang prosedur pembuatan dan pencabutan surat wasiat (testament) menggunakan aplikasi Ditjen AHU pada kantor Nining Herlina, S.H., M.Kn.Gerung Lombok Barat. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh bahwa prosedur pembuatan dan pencabutan surat wasiat menggunakan aplikasi Ditjen AHU pada kantor Nining Herlina, S.H., M.Kn.Gerung Lombok Barat.
