Abstract

Nusa Tenggara Barat merupakan provinsi yang memiliki penyerapan tenaga kerja tinggi pada sektor pertanian. Untuk mengukur tingkat kesejahteraan petani digunakan indikator Nilai Tukar Petani Tanaman Pangan (NTPTP). Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis perkembangan serta faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi NTPTP di Provinsi Nusa Tenggara Bara pada periode 2017-2021. Metode penelitian ini adalah metode desk study, yang mana data NTPTP yang dikumpulkan bersamaan dengan data biaya upah buruh, teknologi dan komunikasi, serta biaya modal. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa sektor pertanian memegang peranan peting dalam mempengaruhi PDRB Provinsi NTB selama periode 2017-2021. Perkembangan NTPTP Provinsi NTB dari nilai rata-rata mengalami peningkatan tiap tahunnya. Determinan upah buruh , biaya teknologi dan komunikasi menunjukkan pengaruh negatif dan signifikan, sedangkan variabel biaya modal berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap NTPTP di Provinsi NTB.
 West Nusa Tenggara is a province that has high employment in the agricultural sector. To measure the level of welfare of farmers, the indicator of Food Crop Farmers' Exchange Rate (NTTP) is used. The aims of this research were to analyze developments and factors influencing NTPTP in Nusa Tenggara Bara Province in the 2017-2021 period. The analytical method was used desk study method, which the data of NTPTP had collected with wage of labor, technology and communications, also capital. The results of the analysis showed that the agricultural sector plays an important role in influencing the GRDP of the NTB Province during the 2017-2021 period. The development of NTPTP in NTB Province from the average value has increased every year. The determinants of labor wages (X1 ), technology and communication costs (X2) show a negative and significant effect, while the variable cost of capital (X3) has a positive and significant effect on NTPTP in NTB Province.
