Abstract

The Road and Bridge Improvement Project through the National Economic Recovery Program (PEN) in Central Lombok Regency experienced delays in the completion of the work, which resulted in an extension of the implementation time. To find out the cause of the delay, a more detailed and in-depth evaluation is needed. Evaluation is carried out on discrepancies that occur in project implementation by assessing and comparing the results of implementation with the initial objectives of the project. Identification and examination of basic events that cause non-conformities analyze using the Fault Tree Analysis (FTA) method. The results of the evaluation concluded that the results of the project implementation were not in accordance with the stated objectives. Discrepancies occur in indicators of implementation time, for indicators of cost and quality in accordance with project objectives. Based on the FTA analysis, there are three factors that are specifically the cause, namely the condition of the work location, delays in the supply of materials, and social factors. There are 18 basic events that result in the appearance of the three non-conformance factors.
