Abstract
The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of managerial ownership, institutional ownership, and corporate social responsibility on firm value. The sample in this study was taken using purposive sampling and obtained a sample of 10 companies from 43 banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI). The time period used in this research is 5 years, from 2015 to 2019. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis with the help of the SPSS for Windows version 23 program. The results of this study indicate that managerial ownership has a positive and significant effect on the value of the company, institutional ownership has a negative and significant effect on firm value, while corporate social responsibility has a positive and insignificant effect on firm value
