Abstract
This study aims to describe the strategies implemented by the Hindu Spiritual Student Activity Unit (UKSKH) Widya Vinayaka at SMAN 4 Mataram in an effort to improve the Sradha and Bhakti of its members. The research approach used is quantitative descriptive with qualitative analysis, through data collection techniques in the form of questionnaires, interviews, and documentation. The research findings show that the UKSKH Widya Vinayaka strategy includes implementing religious activities regularly, developing spiritual experiences, fostering religious discipline and ethics, Hindu arts and culture training, and innovation in organizational programs. The challenges faced include time management, transportation problems, parental permission, internal solidarity, and limited supporting facilities. Efforts to overcome these obstacles are carried out through routine evaluations, personal approaches by providing role models, strengthening cooperation between members, and developing creative programs. This strategy has proven effective in improving religious understanding, strengthening spiritual closeness, and encouraging member activity in various activities. This study contributes to the development of Hindu spiritual programs at the secondary education level.
