Abstract

Congestion is a traffic problem that must be given attention so as not to have a negative impact on road users. One of the congestion points that occurred in West Lombok Regency was the Labuapi Workshop Unsignalized Intersection. The PTV VISSIM student version application was used to model and analyze the Labuapi Workshop Unsignalized Intersection. The data used were primary and secondary data, such as traffic volume, speed, delays, and queue opportunities. The results of the analysis showed that it was in accordance with the standards of PM No. 96 of 2015. The existing condition of the Unsignalized Intersection of the workshop has a service level of E as evidenced by the average delay value (D) of 53.905 seconds/vehicle, average queue length (QL) of 39.134 meters, average carbon monoxide (CO) emissions of 161.956 grams and average fuel consumption of 8.765 liters. Therefore, 4 alternatives were made, namely alternative 1 4-phase planning, alternative 2 3-phase planning, alternative 3 2-phase planning, and alternative 4 road widening without APILL (Traffic Signaling Device). Of the 4 alternatives, the alternative of road widening without APILL is the best with a service level of D, an average delay value (D) of 29.912 seconds/vehicle, an average queue length (QL) of 12.767 m, an average carbon monoxide (CO) emission of 125.596 grams and an average fuel consumption of 6.801 liters.
