The realization of general service retribution in West Sumbawa Regency remains fluctuating and has not yet been optimal, while service quality, facilities, and human resources are important factors in driving an increase in the realization of general service retribution revenue. This research uses a quantitative associative approach with primary data and multiple linear regression analysis through IBM SPSS Statistics 25. The results show that, partially, service quality and human resources have a positive and significant effect, while facilities do not have a significant effect. Simultaneously, service quality, facilities, and human resources have a positive and significant effect. These findings emphasize the importance of improving service quality, facilities, and human resources to optimize general service retribution revenue and support the increase of locally generated revenue (PAD) as well as sustainable development in West Sumbawa Regency. Therefore, it is expected that the local government will develop appropriate strategies to improve these aspects in order to achieve more optimal regional development goals.
