Pengaruh Model Pembelajaran Two Stay Two Stray (TSTS) Berbantuan Media Kliping terhadap Aktivitas Belajar Siswa

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether the Two Stay Two Stray (TSTS) learning model assisted by clipping media has an effect on student's learning activities.The population of the study comprised all XI-C classes at SMAN 7 Mataram, with the sample consisting of two classes: XI-C1 as the experimental group and XI-C5 as the control group, selected randomly after class matching.A quantitative approach was employed using a quasi-experimental design, specifically the posttest-only non-equivalent control group design.The collected data was obtained from observation sheets which had undergone both validity and reliability testing prior to use.The collected data were analyzed using SPSS version 30.0 for Windows.The results revealed a significance value (2-tailed) of 0,001, which is less than the threshold of 0,05.Descriptive statistics showed that the average score of the experimental class was 73,97, while the control class had an average score of 63,03.Based on these findings, it can be concluded that the TSTS learning model assisted by clipping media has a significant positive effect on students' learning activities.The increase in student's learning activities was 61% due to the innovation of the TSTS model with clippings as the media.
