Abstract
This study aims to analyze the position and role of the Indonesian Anti-Dumping Committee (KADI) in protecting domestic industries from dumping practices, with reference to international trade law and its application in the Indonesian national legal system. This study is normative legal research, involving analysis of laws and regulations, international agreements, case studies, and conceptual approaches. The legal materials analyzed include primary, secondary, and tertiary legal materials, obtained through literature studies and comparative law. The results of the study indicate that KADI plays an important role as an independent body under the Ministry of Trade, whose main task is to conduct investigations, verification, and provide recommendations regarding the implementation of Anti-Dumping Import Duty (BMAD).
