Abstract
Eco-enzyme is a solution of complex organic substances produced by the fermentation process of leftover organic waste, water and molasses. So that organic waste that has been thrown away and is no longer used can be used as an environmentally friendly product. This activity was carried out on Wednesday 17 April 2023 by focusing on making eco-enzyme solutions from organic waste such as leftover fruit and vegetables that are no longer used in Banyumulek village, Kediri District, West Lombok Regency with the aim of being able to process organic kitchen waste into eco enzyme product. This is done to cut waste distribution channels into more useful product. This effective method can be realized through making eco enzymes witch are applied at the household level. Using the offline method or face to face with representatives of approximately 10 Banyumulek village residents. The techniques used are lectures, discussions and direct practice. This activity is carried out starting from planning, implementation and feedback. This activity is carried out in the form of training.
