The Decision to Use QRIS in UMKM is Seen from the Perceived Benefits and Perceived Ease of use with Intention as an Intervening Variable

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of perceived benefits and perceived ease of use on the decision to use QRIS in UMKM with intention to use as a mediating variable. This research is quantitative research. The number of samples used was 150 samples. Sampling was carried out using purposive sampling technique. Sample collection was carried out using a questionnaire via Google Form. The data analysis method used to prove the truth of the hypothesis was carried out using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) via Smart PLS software. From the results of hypothesis testing, it was found that perceived benefits, perceived ease of use, and intention to use it had a positive and significant effect on the decision to use QRIS in UMKM.
