Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of knowledge variables, trust, information media, religiosity and altruism as moderating variables on the interest in waqf money in Mataram city. This type of research is a quantitative research method. The population in this study were existing waqifs with the sample used being 200 respondents. The results showed that the variables of knowledge, trust, information media and religiosity had a positive and significant effect on public interest in waqf money. Furthermore, the altruism variable can moderate the knowledge and information media variables, while the trust and religiosity variables cannot be moderated by the altruism variable. Then the R-square value for the Interest in Endowing Money (Y) variable is 0.778.
