Abstract
This study aims to determine the increase in student achievement SMA Bobkri X2 H2 Yogyakarta on material reflectance of light and there fraction of light through an imated power point images.The research was conducted in the month of January until the month of February2013.The subjects were students of class X SMA Bobkri 2 Yogyakarta particular grade class XB and XC.To determine student achievement, researcher used questions about the pretest and post test, while the involvement of the student researcher used the results of student work sheet (LKS), observations and photos.Analyses were performed using SPSS version 16.Data resulting from statistical calculations show that for atwo-sided test, the probability rate (0.000 /2=0.000) is smaller than significant level two-sided test (0.05 /2=0.025).Thus the results ofthe study showed that the use of animated power point image on the material light reflection and refraction of light can improve learning achievement.Involvement of the student in the class room is quite good.There search results also prove that learning to use animated power point images received responses from high school students Bobkri 2 Yogyakarta.viii
