Abstract
This study aims to analyse the effect of Work Family Conflict and Family Work Conflict on Work Life Balance with Job Stress as Mediation on Inpatient Installation Nurses Rsud West Nusa Tenggara Province. This study uses causality assisative quantitative method. The research population was nurses of the Inpatient Installation of the West Nusa Tenggara Provincial General Hospital. The sample in this study was 76 respondents. Data collection methods using questionnaires, interviews and documentation with data collection tools using questionnaires distributed to respondents. The questionnaire was measured using a Likert scale of 5 from strongly disagree to strongly agree. Data analysis using SmartPLS software version 4.0. The research findings show that Work Family Conflict has a negative and insignificant effect on Work Life Balance, while Family Work Conflict has a negative and significant effect on Work Life Balance. Furthermore, Work Family Conflict and Family Work Conflict have a positive and significant effect on Work Stress, and Work Stress has a negative and significant effect on Work Life Balance. Finally, work stress is able to mediate the effect of Work Family Conflict and Family Work Conflict on Work Life Balance negatively and significantly.
