Efektivitas Pembelajaran Kooperatif STAD Berbasis Video Animasi Terhadap Kemandirian Belajar Siswa

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji efektivitas model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Student Team Achievement Division (STAD) berbasis video animasi terhadap kemandirian belajar peserta didik dalam mata pelajaran PPKn. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain quasi-experimental, khususnya nonequivalent control group design. Sampel terdiri atas dua kelas yang dipilih melalui teknik purposive sampling, yaitu kelas eksperimen (VIII E) dan kelas kontrol (VIII F), masing-masing berjumlah 29 siswa. Instrumen penelitian berupa angket kemandirian belajar yang telah divalidasi dan reliabel. Data dianalisis melalui uji prasyarat (uji normalitas Shapiro-Wilk dan uji homogenitas Levene’s Test), diikuti dengan uji hipotesis menggunakan pooled variance t-test. Hasil analisis menunjukkan nilai signifikansi (sig. 2-tailed) sebesar 0,000 < 0,05, dengan rata-rata skor kemandirian belajar siswa di kelas eksperimen sebesar 120,52 dan kelas kontrol sebesar 100,48. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa penerapan model pembelajaran STAD berbasis video animasi secara signifikan meningkatkan kemandirian belajar peserta didik.This study aims to examine the effectiveness of the Student Team Achievement Division (STAD) type cooperative learning model based on animated videos on students' learning independence in Civics subjects. The research used a quantitative approach with a quasi-experimental design, specifically a nonequivalent control group design. The sample consisted of two classes selected through purposive sampling technique, namely the experimental class (VIII E) and the control class (VIII F), each totalling 29 students. The research instrument was a validated and reliable learning independence questionnaire. Data were analysed through prerequisite tests (Shapiro-Wilk normality test and Levene's Test homogeneity test), followed by hypothesis testing using pooled variance t-test. The analysis results showed a significance value (sig. 2-tailed) of 0.000 <0.05, with an average score of student learning independence in the experimental class of 120.52 and the control class of 100.48. This finding indicates that the application of STAD learning model based on animated video significantly increases students' learning independence
