Abstract

The development of smart Tanjung Aan tourism where the location of Tanjung Aan is located in the Special Economic Zone of Mandalika and is the location for the GP motorbike racing so that in its implementation it has an impact on many factors. The dynamic model approach in this study of tourism becomes clearer in many ways, one of which is the development of smart and sustainable tourism. This approach usually considers a particular problem or the overall picture of tourism. Consequently, tourism management for sustainability becomes difficult. This paper provides an overview of the systems thinking approach for systems analysis using the Causal Loop Diagram (CLD) model for the problem of developing smart and sustainable Tanjung Aan tourism. This study shows that systems thinking is an effective and powerful tool for explaining complexities in tourism management systems. It has helped simplify, clarify, and integrate isolated problems related to the industry and provided a mechanism for group learning and decision-making to achieve desired outcomes. This study proposes systems thinking as an appropriate tool for the development of smart sustainable tourism at Tanjung Aan Beach. The results of this study can describe a dynamic model of development with the CLD approach to identify the influencing factors that show cause and effect.
