Abstract
This study aimed to develop the Monthly Online Reporting Application (LABU) at the Branch Office of the Department of Education and Culture of North Lombok Regency as a solution for digitalizing the previously manual education reporting system. The application was developed using the ADDIE model, including needs analysis, system architecture design based on Laravel and React JS frameworks, coding development, user trial implementation, and feedback-based evaluation. The application was designed to facilitate integrated and real-time data entry, management, and monitoring of monthly reports. The results indicate that the LABU application, accessible at https://laporbulankcdlotara.com/, achieved a very high feasibility level with an average expert validation score of 4.94 out of 5.00, covering system functionality, data security, usability, and interface aesthetics. Implementation among operators and staff demonstrated improved reporting efficiency, administrative convenience, and data accuracy compared to the previous manual system. During implementation, several constraints were identified, including network infrastructure limitations, users’ digital literacy, resistance to system changes, and data integrity issues. These were addressed through React JS performance optimization to reduce initial loading, integrated video tutorials and interactive helpdesk features, user socialization activities, and automatic validation with role-based access control. The LABU application shows strong potential for wider adoption across branch education offices in West Nusa Tenggara Province and supports administrative digitalization to enhance efficiency and enable faster, accurate, and data-driven decision making.
