Abstract
Teacher performance is influenced by various internal and external factors, including the principal's academic supervision, work motivation, and work environment. This study aims to analyze the influence of academic supervision, work motivation, and work environment on teacher performance, both partially and simultaneously. This study uses a quantitative, survey-based approach. The population in this study consisted of all teachers at SMPN 1 Narmada and SMPN 2 Mataram. Data were collected using a Likert-based questionnaire that has been tested for validity and reliability. Data were analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistical analysis with the help of SPSS version 25. The results of the study indicate that partial academic supervision does not have a significant effect on teacher performance at SMPN 1 Narmada, but it does at SMPN 2 Mataram. Work motivation has been shown to have a significant effect on teacher performance in both schools. The work environment does not have a significant effect on teacher performance in both schools. Simultaneously, all three variables have a significant effect on teacher performance in both schools. The coefficient of determination indicates that the three independent variables contribute 28.5% to teacher performance at SMPN 1 Narmada and 51.5% at SMPN 2 Mataram, with the remaining variance influenced by factors outside the research variables.
