Abstract
The growth of the culinary sector in Indonesia has created numerous opportunities for micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs), including meatball businesses in Mataram City. However, the intense level of business competition requires entrepreneurs to manage their businesses efficiently in order to survive and grow sustainably. This study aims to analyze the business feasibility of Warung Bakso Lestari H. Nas from the perspectives of legal and regulatory aspects, market and marketing, technical and operational, management and organization, financial, as well as social and environmental aspects. This study employed a descriptive qualitative approach using data collection methods through interviews, observations, and documentation. The informants involved in this study consisted of the business owner, employees, and regular customers selected based on specific criteria. The findings indicate that the business already possesses basic business legality, implements effective marketing strategies through both online and offline approaches, and has an operational system capable of maintaining consistent product quality. From the financial aspect, the business is considered profitable and demonstrates promising business prospects. In addition, the business also provides positive contributions to the surrounding community through job creation and proper environmental management. Overall, Warung Bakso Lestari H. Nas is considered feasible to operate and further develop as an MSMEs culinary business.
